We're looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join our Kier Places team based in Rainham.

Location: London, Rainham

Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

The Resident Liaison Officer is an essential member of our operations team, ensuring effective communication and engagement with residents during fire safety remediation and recladding projects. You'll work collaboratively with project managers, contractors, and site teams to support smooth project delivery whilst minimising disruption and addressing residents' concerns promptly.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Acting as the first point of contact for resident queries and concerns, building strong relationships with customers, clients and stakeholders
  • Coordinating with project managers and site teams to align resident engagement activities with project schedules
  • Communicating works programmes, access requirements and safety protocols to residents in a clear and timely manner
  • Managing resident access permissions safely, in line with health and safety policies
  • Maintaining accurate records of resident interactions and providing regular reports on engagement status

What are we looking for?

  • You have experience working in a similar role, delivering first-class customer service in either the public or private sector
  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly
  • You're highly organised with strong administrative skills and keen attention to detail
  • You can respond flexibly to changing priorities and work collaboratively within a team environment
  • You're proficient in IT, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email systems
