About you
We’re seeking an exceptional leader with extensive experience working in an awarding organisation to drive CIH’s qualification and assessment offer. You’ll have a strong understanding of what it takes to lead high-performing teams specialising in qualification and assessment development, paired with a high level of regulatory understanding. Excellent project management skills are essential, as you’ll be responsible for managing complex, time dependent qualification and assessment developments. With a keen strategic mindset, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the awarding organisation to develop qualification and assessment materials to support the professionalism of the housing sector, whilst ensuring exceptional centre and learner experience and satisfaction.
