Northumberland County Council is seeking a part-time Tenancy Management Officer to deliver effective tenancy services in a defined area. You will handle changes in tenancies, inspections, breaches, and estate management, visiting customers regularly to support sustainable tenancies.
You will plan neighbourhood inspections with partners, allocate properties, arrange accompanied viewings, and promote resident engagement, including activities outside office hours.
