Serco is hiring a Housing Officer for AASC in Worcestershire, Hereford, Dudley. This full-time role (37.5 hours, Monday–Friday) includes a salary of £29,250 plus Serco benefits. A valid UK driving licence is required and a company car will be provided.
You will deliver essential housing and welfare services under the AASC contract, perform monthly property inspections, and respond to requests and incidents via the AIRE service, ensuring standards and contractual targets are met.
