The Vacancy
This is a fixed term opportunity for up to 12 months.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Housing Officer to become the face of our organisation across a designated geographical area in Nottinghamshire.
As a Housing Officer, you will play a key role in tenancy management, tenancy sustainment, estate management, and community engagement, helping residents maintain successful tenancies while creating safe, thriving neighbourhoods.
You will deliver proactive estate management activities across your designated area, working closely with residents, community groups, and partner organisations to improve neighbourhoods, strengthen community engagement, and encourage customer participation in local initiatives.

We want someone who is full of ideas on how to enrich their community.
You will be an avid listener, ensuring tenants in your area are able to engage and integrate into their community.
The role is patch based with an expectation to base your work from our Clifton office at least three days a week.
You could be asked to cover areas across the East Midlands where NCHA have their housing stock.
You must have a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9-5 with some flexibility depending on needs of the business. Location will cover Nottinghamshire.
All successful candidates will be required to take a work related test on the day of the interview.
