We are excited to offer an opportunity to join Bomford Flagship Livewest as a Neighbourhood Officer to support and create a safe and thriving community for our tenants in Newmarket and surrounding areas. As a Neighbourhood Officer at Bomford Flagship Livewest, you'll play a key part in our mission to help solve the housing crisis in the East of England. You'll be the friendly, reliable presence in our communities—keeping neighbourhoods safe, clean and welcoming while supporting tenants to enjoy their homes.

You’ll regularly inspect neighbourhoods, playgrounds and independent living schemes, ensuring communal areas are tidy, safe and free from graffiti, litter or fly‑tipping. You’ll also provide light practical support to tenants—whether that’s changing a bulb, cutting back a hedge, or simply being a reassuring face who listens and takes action.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Inspecting neighbourhoods to maintain safe, clean and well‑kept communal areas
  • Supporting tenants with small practical tasks and day‑to‑day queries
  • Building strong relationships with residents and community partners
  • Identifying issues early and working with colleagues to resolve them
  • Being a visible, approachable presence across our communities

What You’ll Bring
