We are seeking a Housing Support Coordinator to deliver trauma-informed, person-centred housing support and advocacy to individuals facing complex challenges, helping them sustain tenancies and access services.
You will work with partner agencies, manage a diverse caseload, and tailor support plans to achieve positive outcomes, with a focus on independence and wellbeing.
