Location: North London - hybrid working arrangement

We're looking for five confident, customer focused Neighbourhood Response Officers to carry out neighbourhood management of properties in the North London region.

Responsibilities

  • Assist centrally based teams by completing customer visits, viewing and sign-up appointments, and identifying and investigating tenancy breaches and reports of anti-social behaviour.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams, external agencies and residents to ensure that Clarion Neighbourhoods are clean and safe, identify improvements and investigate breaches of tenancy; develop and deliver neighbourhood plans and local offers as well as working with local resident groups to develop local community facilities, activities and events.
  • Take ownership to ensure that the estates you manage are clean and tidy and free from health and safety risks by reporting fly tipping and monitoring grounds maintenance; travel across local regions to meet residents, where required.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Ability to travel across all the North London region as and when required.
  • This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Corsica Street, Wrights Road, or Mick Fury; required to work from the office up to two days per week and attend mandatory in-person meetings.
  • Subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
  • Eligible to work in the UK, required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment; no visa sponsorship available.
