L&Q is seeking a Neighbourhood Housing Lead to enhance the housing experience for residents in London. You will support the Housing Management team to provide a reliable, consistent service and improve resident satisfaction.
You will assume primary responsibility for relationships with residents on your patch, covering approximately 500–600 homes. The role requires a customer-focused approach, strong communication, and the ability to manage a complex workload.
