L&Q in London is seeking a Neighbourhood Housing Lead to provide cover across locations, working in a hybrid pattern with core hours. You will support the Housing Management team to deliver a reliable, repeatable service for residents and lead on building trust and satisfaction.
You will be the primary relationship holder with residents on your patch, covering around 500–600 homes, and will need to manage complex workloads while meeting deadlines, with the aim of delivering excellent service.
