An exciting opportunity has arisen for somebody to take on a vibrant and rewarding role within the Housing Sector. Working for Aspire Housing, delivering a dynamic housing and tenancy management service within Newcastle Under Lyme and further afield. Engaging with our customers and communities being at the forefront of the role, delivering the 'People First' ethos throughout.
This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your housing knowledge and experience to work with an innovative team to meet the demands of the service around housing, tenancy, and neighbourhood management objectives. Enhance performance and delivery for Aspire Housing, supporting a team to deliver customer centric services.
To take responsibility for working in a locality focused team, bringing your knowledge and experience to make a positive difference for our customers. To develop partnerships and attend relevant meetings which support key objectives. Lead on community events and projects which are aligned to the locality working model. Support with the development of the service to ensure it continues to meet the needs of the customer and business. To take a leading role, providing expert services to the team on tenancy and estate management cases.
