CIH International Housing Group is seeking an Estates Co-ordinator to support the Head of Estates in ensuring health and safety compliance within the Trust. You will coordinate across multiple schools, advising on premises-related issues and managing remedial works.
The ideal candidate will have IOSH qualification (or be willing to train), experience in health & safety coordination, and strong organisational skills. The position is based in East Devon, with a full UK driving licence required.
