What you will do:
- Deliver and monitor processes to support the successful completion of business objectives within the Medical Team.
- Provide an effective first point of contact service for residents living in unsuitable housing that is impacting their health.
- Act as the focal point for advice on equipment assessments for disabled individuals and their carers, including overseeing assessments and outcomes.
- Identify complex cases requiring referral to the Occupational Therapy service within the Adult Services Division.
- Contribute to planning and designing wheelchair-accessible units within new housing developments.
- Use your healthcare expertise to support initiatives that improve the health and wellbeing of Hackney residents.
Requirements:
- HCPC registration is essential.
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in fields such as Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, or Physiotherapy.
- Driving licence preferred due to potential travel between sites.
