As a Community Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our development in the heart of Manchester City Centre, ensuring residents have an outstanding experience every day. You'll oversee everything from property management and resident engagement to health & safety compliance and team leadership, making sure our building runs smoothly and our community thrives.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Property Management: Lead the smooth operation of the building, manage maintenance schedules, liaise with contractors, oversee budgets, and ensure all services are delivered to urbanbubble's high standards.
- Resident Engagement: Be the friendly face residents love to see! Implement engagement strategies, organise events, communicate updates, and ensure everyone feels part of our community.
- Health and Safety: Maintain robust safety procedures, oversee audits, and ensure compliance with all regulations, keeping residents and staff safe at all times.
- Pool and Facility Management: Support the leisure team in managing pool and plant operations, ensuring maintenance, compliance, and resident satisfaction.
- People Leadership: Coach, develop, and motivate your team, recruit top talent, manage performance, and ensure a positive and productive workplace.

What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in residential property management or lettings
- Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and people management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (training provided if needed)
- Knowledge of relevant regulations (RICs, ARMA-Q, H&S)
- Positive, proactive, and resilient attitude
- A can-do approach with attention to detail and organisational skills
- TPI qualification (or willingness to work towards)
- Health and Safety qualification (e.g. IOSH, NEBOSH)
- Pool Plant Operator qualification, or willingness and ability to obtain one.
