Position Details:

  • Start date: June 2026
  • Full-time, hourly paid, flexible hours
  • 5 days a week

Responsibilities:

  • Process and maintain homestay accommodation records using EF's accommodation database.
  • Recruit, market, evaluate, and select suitable homestay accommodation.
  • Implement plans to optimize host family retention.
  • Handle general daily student enquiries, logging all student communication on records.
  • Follow up on accommodation issues raised in student evaluations.
  • Escalate concerns to managers or sales offices when appropriate.
  • Assist students and sales offices with accommodation requests/changes and keep the in‐house booking system up to date.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in tele‐sales and/or face‐to‐face customer service.
  • Experience in a language‐learning environment (desired).
  • Organised with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Capable of using initiative.
  • Complete fluency in English.
  • Right to work in the UK upon commencement of your contract.
  • All offers are subject to a clear enhanced DBS check and two references.
