About the role

You will contribute to and participate in providing a quality comprehensive and pro‑active housing advice and homelessness assessment service for all customers, preventing and relieving homelessness and achieving positive outcomes where possible. In this role you will interview customers, assess their circumstances, carry out investigations and make sound decisions based on the information gathered, using creative casework to deliver outcomes. You will be required to participate in the out of hours service.
