Your role

The successful candidate will be required to effectively manage the letting of properties in a given area patch and to provide a proactive and efficient housing management service for residents.

What you will need

The successful candidate will have knowledge and good understanding of housing law, housing benefit regulations and welfare rights along with dealing with the public in difficult situations. The candidate will have three years' experience of working in a housing environment.
