Salary: £37,451 – £41,045 per annum (London weighted salary) dependent on experience, plus £1,300 ECU allowance (if policy requirements are met).

Grade: 7.

Reporting Office: Stratford, London.

Working/Patch Location: Lewisham and South East London.

Persona: Agile: 20-40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working).

Working Pattern: Monday – Friday – 09:00 – 17:00.

Job Overview: Would you like to join our revamped Housing Management Team as a Neighbourhood Housing Lead and help us to deliver an excellent service for residents? This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who is a customer-focused team player.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Housing Management team to deliver a reliable, repeatable, and consistent service for residents.
  • Being key to improving resident satisfaction, building trust, and ensuring residents have a home they are happy in.
  • Acting as the primary relationship holder with residents living in homes on your patch. Patches are designed to align with local authority areas and are expected to cover around 500-600 homes.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven track record of building relationships with people and communication skills with colleagues and residents.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, grit, determination, a can-do attitude and motivation to keep promises to residents.
  • Willingness to push boundaries and challenge the business where needed to achieve the best outcomes for residents.
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to manage a complex workload whilst adhering to important deadlines.
  • Stakeholder management skills and ability to engage with a diverse customer base.
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
  • Valid driving licence and access to a car for work use.

DBS Requirement: The successful candidate will need to apply for a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service certificate (DBS) to enable them to work within the team.
