What you will do:

  • Deliver and monitor processes to support the successful completion of business objectives within the Medical Team.
  • Provide an effective first point of contact service for residents living in unsuitable housing that is impacting their health.
  • Act as the focal point for advice on equipment assessments for disabled individuals and their carers, including overseeing assessments and outcomes.
  • Identify complex cases requiring referral to the Occupational Therapy service within the Adult Services Division.
  • Contribute to planning and designing wheelchair-accessible units within new housing developments.
  • Use your healthcare expertise to support initiatives that improve the health and wellbeing of Hackney residents.

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration is essential.
  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in fields such as Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, or Physiotherapy.
  • Driving licence preferred due to potential travel between sites.
