CIH International Housing Group in Wales is seeking a Housing Support Officer to assist prison leavers in a supported accommodation setting and community, delivering person-centred, trauma-informed housing and life skills support.
The role requires Welsh language fluency (Level 3+), experience in client-centred housing, good communication, and willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check. 30 hours per week on a rota basis, permanent contract, based in Llandudno Junction.
