Rendall & Rittner is seeking a Live-In House Manager to lead a welcoming retirement development in Lancaster city centre. You’ll be the friendly, on-site presence, ensuring residents are safe, comfortable and well supported while coordinating day-to-day operations and contractor access.
Reporting to the management team, you’ll balance front-of-house duties with safety checks, maintenance coordination, and accurate record keeping to maintain a calm, well-run community for residents aged 55.
