Overall Job Purpose

To provide comprehensive housing advice and support to residents who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, with a strong focus on prevention and early intervention. You will assess individual circumstances, explore all available housing options, and work proactively with customers and partner agencies to secure suitable accommodation. The role ensures the Council meets its statutory homelessness duties while delivering a responsive, compassionate and solution-focused service.
