Waverley Borough Council is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Officer to lead workforce development across Guildford and Waverley. You will embed the People Strategy by building leadership capability, boosting engagement, and delivering high-quality learning offers within the People & OD team.

You’ll coordinate corporate learning programmes, drive leadership development, and use insights to continuously improve outcomes while managing the L&D Co-ordinator.
