Make a Difference in Lancaster

Join us as the SHIP Coordinator and play a vital role in enhancing supported housing for vulnerable adults across Lancaster and Preston. You will lead the delivery of the Supported Housing Improvement Programme (SHIP), improving quality and standards in short-term and transitional housing.
