Job Overview
Trust Housing Association has an exciting vacancy for a Support Worker (Older People) to join our team in Fife. You will receive a competitive hourly rate of £14.04 per hour.
Working Hours and Benefits
- 16.75 hours worked over a mixture of shifts on a 2-week rolling rota, working weekends
- £14.04 per hour
- Generous Holiday Entitlement

Responsibilities
You’ll be working with tenants to ensure they receive the support identified in their personal plan, helping them maintain as much independence as possible. You will assist with meal delivery and provide support in the dining room; there may also be occasional kitchen duties. It will be rewarding to look after those who rely on your support and dedication.
Qualifications & Experience
Ideally, you will have an appropriate qualification in Health & Social Care and previous experience working with older people or other vulnerable members of a community, so you understand their needs and know how to meet them. Successful candidates will have opportunities to develop experience, enhance their career in social care and receive ongoing personal development support.
