Ipswich Borough Council is recruiting a Housing Options Officer to respond to housing enquiries by phone and conduct face-to-face interviews with customers seeking advice or support. You will also manage your own caseload, progress applications, carry out investigations and ensure decisions are clear, accurate and robust. This role helps prevent homelessness and supports vulnerable residents. You will assess cases under Housing Act provisions, liaise with landlords and partners.
