Babergh and Mid Suffolk District Councils in Ipswich are seeking an Income Officer to join our Tenant Services team, delivering housing and welfare benefits advice and pursuing debt recovery where needed.
You will work across services to maximise income for the Housing Revenue Account and support tenants to sustain their tenancies, with hybrid working and a commitment to equality and resident outcomes.
The role offers a permanent contract, full-time hours, with pro rata for part time and a salary.
