Location: Lanark Local Office. Hours: 34.5 hours per week, Permanent. Salary: £32,990 - £33,907 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a wide range of housing services to customers, including current issues and legislation in relation to homelessness, allocations, estate management, rent recovery, and anti‑social behaviour.
  • Use excellent IT skills to organise and prioritise workload and adapt to changing priorities to deliver a quality service.
  • Maintain excellent communication and liaise effectively with a variety of agencies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working within a housing‑related environment.
  • Understanding of current legislation relating to homelessness, allocations, estate management, rent recovery and anti‑social behaviour.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
