Do you enjoy helping people gain their independence and thrive?

As a Housing Support Worker, you will be working with vulnerable young people aged 16 -25 who may be homeless or at risk of homelessness. You\’ll be self-motivated, solution focused and a forward thinker, with safeguarding awareness to help make a real difference to people\’s lives.

What you\’ll do:

  • Create individual support plans and assess risk.
  • Provide regular guidance on tenancy and practical tasks as part of their journey towards independence.
  • Prepare properties by making sure they\’re a safe and clean environment ready for move in.

What you\’ll bring:

  • A genuine passion for supporting young people with housing and other needs.
  • Experience of providing advice and support in a 1-1 setting.
  • A working knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.

  • 1 x 20 hours per week (part time)
  • 1 x 24 hours per week (part time)
