Housing Support Assistant

Your Role
- Deliver exceptional customer service, providing information, advice, and support.
- Handle reception duties like managing calls, sorting post, logging repairs, and processing payments.
- Ensure safety as a designated First Aider and Fire Marshal, including building patrols and wellbeing checks.
- Support residents, service users, and the public β whether listening, addressing concerns, or managing complaints.
