About the Role
Join us and help shape better lives in your community. This is a temporary position of up to 10 months. As a Housing Assistant, you will play a vital role at the heart of our Tenancy Management team. By providing essential administrative support, you will help free up colleagues so they can spend more time out in our communities supporting residents where it matters most. This is more than an admin role – it is your opportunity to be part of something bigger.
Responsibilities
- Keeping processes running smoothly behind the scenes
- Helping colleagues stay out in our communities, supporting residents
- Communicating with customers in a friendly, professional and empathetic way
- Ensuring resident voices are heard and reflected in the services we deliver
- Occasionally visiting our estates, so you will need to be confident working independently on-site
