The Housing Advice Team provides a statutory function to assess the housing circumstances of customers presenting to the Local Authority. This is in accordance with Part 2 Housing (Wales) Act 2014 and in line with the Code of Guidance for Local Authorities on the Allocation of Accommodation and Homelessness.
