Citizen Hereford & Worcester Neighbourhoods are seeking a Neighbourhood Officer to manage tenancy issues, oversee estates and coordinate multi-agency responses to anti-social behaviour. The role requires safeguarding awareness, inspections, and involvement in new builds while supporting reviews and service charge oversight.

The position is permanent, 37 hours per week, with mobile working from Hereford. A driving licence and car are essential, and the team offers a supportive environment.
