PiLON is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to act as the primary point of contact between our project teams and residents, ensuring smooth refurbishment processes and minimal disruption to householders.

Salary and Contract

  • Salary up to £30,000 gross per annum plus a car allowance.
  • Contract type: Full‐time.
  • Location: East London.
  • This role is subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with residents to organize property visits.
  • Regularly visit residents' homes to conduct property surveys and identify required refurbishment work.
  • Act as the liaison to minimize disruptions and ensure projects proceed seamlessly, generating resident satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the site team to ensure that the refurbishment work is completed according to agreed timelines.
  • Handle complaints patiently and efficiently.
  • Keep project trackers updated in line with the programme of works.

Qualifications

  • Driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and IT systems.
  • Strong problem‐solving and complaint‐handling skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Reliable, punctual, and well‐organised.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt to changing deadlines.
