Harlow District Council is seeking an experienced Housing Officer for a temporary, full-time role based on site in Harlow. The position involves managing the housing stock, tenancy support, and delivering a customer-focused service on a three-month basis, with travel around the district required.
You will handle breaches of tenancy, anti-social behaviour cases in collaboration with partner agencies, tenancy audits, and issues such as succession and assignment in line with housing law and council.
