Hours: 14 hours per week, fixed term until 31 March 2027

Salary: £13,387 – £13,759 per year
Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of housing services to customers, including homelessness, allocations, estate management, rent recovery and dealing with anti‑social behaviour.
- Handle a reactive caseload, manage and prioritise workload effectively.
- Respond and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a quality service.
- Communicate and liaise effectively with a variety of agencies.
Qualifications
- Experience working within a housing‑related environment.
- Knowledge of current issues and legislation in relation to homelessness, allocations, estate management, rent recovery and anti‑social behaviour.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with a variety of agencies.
