Role: Housing Officer with Hamilton Housing Team within Housing Services.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a wide range of housing services to customers.
- Apply knowledge of homelessness, allocations, estate management, rent recovery and anti‑social behaviour legislation.
- Use excellent IT skills, organise and prioritise workload effectively and respond to changing priorities.
- Maintain excellent communication skills and liaise effectively with a variety of agencies.

- Applicants must meet all statutory checks, including a Level 1 disclosure check and, where applicable, an Overseas Criminal Records Check for non‑UK residents.
- This post is excepted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Scotland Act 2020.
