CIH International Housing Group is seeking a Homelessness Prevention Officer to work directly with individuals and families to prevent homelessness. This role involves providing advice and support to residents to help them remain in their homes or find suitable alternative accommodation.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in homelessness prevention or tenancy support work
- Knowledge of rehousing options in Calderdale
- A working knowledge of homelessness legislation
- A full driving licence
- An enhanced DBS check
