Salary: £33,149.71
Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Hours: 37 hours per week.

Where I’ll work
This role will be based across Grimsby, with regular travel to our customers’ homes and local community events. Occasional travel to other locations throughout Lincolnshire may also be required. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own diary and the flexibility to work from locations that best support the delivery of your tasks across Lincolnshire, such as our main office in Grimsby, various community hubs, at home, local coffee shops, or wherever works best for you!
What I need
- Strong administrative, IT and organisational skills
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of national housing and social policy issues, law, good practice and innovation
- Working knowledge of relevant legislation, such as Housing, Equal Opportunities, Health & Safety, General Data Protection Regulations
- Prepared to work flexibly, including occasional evenings or weekends as per the requirements of the service

- Experience of Court processes and ability to present cases in Court

What I will be doing as a Neighbourhood Officer
As our Neighbourhood Officer, you will be responsible for acting as the primary interface with customers of LHP, delivering an excellent customer‑focused housing management service that achieves LHP’s core objectives, with a focus on sustaining tenancies and improving quality of life. The role will involve a mix of administrative tasks, diary management and customer‑facing estate based work, utilising mobile working on a day‑to‑day basis and coordinating and facilitating interventions to ensure that our customers are able to live independently and live in safe, well‑maintained and affordable homes.
