What you will do:
- Provide comprehensive support, advice, and guidance to individuals experiencing substance misuse issues.
- Develop and implement personalised recovery plans tailored to individual needs and recovery goals.
- Monitor, review, and evaluate service user progress, updating support plans where necessary.
- Deliver one-to-one interventions and facilitate group sessions to promote recovery and positive outcomes.
- Provide emotional support, motivation, and practical advice throughout the recovery journey.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date records in line with organisational policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, housing providers, employment services, and other partner agencies.

Qualifications / Requirements:
