Aster Group is seeking an Independent Living Housing Officer to deliver housing management services to customers in our independent housing properties, taking a holistic approach to ensure an enhanced service.
You will be the dedicated point of contact, meeting customers in their homes and in the community, and you will arrange scheme meetings, health and safety inspections and multi-agency meetings as required.
