The purpose of this role is to deliver a high‑quality, resident‑focused housing management service within Independent Living schemes, supporting residents to maintain their independence. The role ensures compliance with social housing regulations, effective complaint handling, strong safeguarding practice, and accurate service‑charge management. It contributes to a positive culture aligned with Regenda's values, placing the customer voice at the centre of service delivery. The role requires fair, respectful engagement with all residents, prompt resolution of enquiries, and consistent adherence to housing policies, legal responsibilities, and regulatory standards.

  • Strong knowledge of social housing legislation, including tenant satisfaction measures, regulatory standards, complaints within the housing ombudsman service, service charge legislation, safeguarding legislation, rent regulations, and lettings legislation.
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy in dealing with and resolving dispute situations.
  • Must be able to drive, have access to a car, hold a valid driving licence, and have business insurance to claim mileage.
