BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a Premises Officer to join our FM segment and be based at the police headquarters in Derby. Working 40 hours per week between 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday, with some on-call duties.
We welcome applicants seeking flexible hours and note the role is subject to Police Vetting. Key responsibilities include building fabric fault finding and repairs, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring safety and compliance on site.
