An exciting opportnity has arisen for a Project Delivery Manager to join or growing Water team, spporting a diverse portfolio of technical projects across the K. This role is ideal for a project professional with experience in digital and complex engineering delivery, who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and spporting the sccessfl delivery of challenging programmes.

Prpose and scope of the role:

Yo will spport the delivery of projects throgh the fll lifecycle, working within a mlti-disciplinary team on technically challenging and commercially important work. The role will involve managing project plans, bdgets, risks and stakeholder relationships, while spporting both capital works and software as a service projects. Yo will work closely with clients, colleages and spply chain partners to help ensre safe, high-qality otcomes delivered in line with agreed scope, time and cost.

Core Capabilities:

• Project delivery spport - Experience spporting projects throgh the fll lifecycle, with a focs on scope, schedle, cost and qality, and the ability to keep delivery teams aligned.
• Technical and engineering awareness - Backgrond in civil, mechanical or electrical engineering, with the confidence to work in technical environments and nderstand engineering-led delivery.
• Digital and complex project experience - Experience working on digital, systems or complex engineering projects, with an nderstanding of how different delivery approaches may be applied.
• Commercial and contract awareness - Ideally some experience of NEC4 contracts, with an nderstanding of how to manage change, risk and performance effectively.
• Stakeholder management - Able to bild positive working relationships with clients, delivery teams and wider stakeholders, commnicating clearly and resolving isses constrctively.

Skills, qalifications and experience:

Yo shold be degree qalified in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or another relevant technical discipline. Experience in project delivery is essential, and familiarity with NEC4 contract processes wold be desirable.

Yo will also need strong organisational, commnication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain delivery focs. A fll K driving licence is reqired.

Work patterns and locations:

We are recriting across Warrington, Brighton, Exeter, Leeds, Sheffield and Derby. Hybrid working arrangements may be available, depending on project and bsiness needs, with occasional travel to client, site and team locations as reqired.
