This isn't just another support role - you'll directly transform lives whilst developing your career in a meaningful, varied position where no two days are the same. No previous experience? That's fine as training will be provided.
Salary: £28,000 per annum pro rata
Location: Egham (Runnymede)
Full time: 37 hrs per week
What you'll be doing:
- You'll work as part of a team supporting clients daily to resolve problems and reach positive outcomes.
- Help clients meet their personalised support plans and connect with local community services.
- Handle housing management activities including:
- Rent collection and tenancy management
- Risk assessments and health and safety checks
- Reporting maintenance issues
About you:
- Ability to develop non-judgmental professional relationships with clients
- Basic numeracy and written communication skills in Maths and English GCSE/ level 4 or above or equivalent
- The ability to communicate well with clients, peers and other agencies
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- The ability to manage their own time, delivering outcomes, meeting deadlines and undertaking training
- The ability to gain an understanding of safeguarding issues and a commitment to protect all adults and children using or visiting Transform's services
- Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook and the Internet)
- The ability to join the frontline on call rota
It is essential that you have a full valid driving licence and use of your own car for business purposes. An Enhanced DBS check is required before starting.
