Trust Housing Association is seeking a Supported Housing Coordinator to join our team based at Whitelaw Court, Dunfermline, Fife KY11 4SJ on a permanent basis. In return for your enthusiasm and commitment as a Supported Housing Coordinator we will offer you:
- Pay: £17.58 per hour; £31,988 annual salary.
- Hours: Working 35 hours per week Monday - Friday, may on occasion be required to work a backshift or a weekend.

What we're looking for in our Supported Housing Coordinator:
As Supported Housing Coordinator, you will play a key role in the lives of our tenants. Promoting and supporting independent living, you will develop a professional and caring relationship with individuals, providing advice and assistance linked to their individual support plan. In addition, you will build positive working relationships with colleagues in other agencies such as health care and social work.
Supported Housing Coordinator Skills & Experience: The successful applicant will ideally have previous experience in managing a service for vulnerable people, preferably older people, be able to demonstrate a clear empathy with tenants as well as being able to exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Management of the staff team is a key element of the role and experience in this area is essential. On a personal level, candidates should be well organised and approachable with excellent interpersonal skills. A professional qualification (SVQ level 3 or equivalent) is highly desirable.
