GreenSquareAccord is seeking a permanent Housing Officer to cover Dudley. You will deliver excellent customer service, manage housing needs across tenures, and work independently or as part of a team to provide high-quality housing management, with a focus on satisfaction and value for money.
Responsibilities include handling complex tenancy issues, property condition concerns, anti-social behaviour, estate health and safety, and guiding customers to sustain tenancy.
