Grŵp Cynefin is seeking a sympathetic and caring individual to join our team as a Housing Officer. You will act as the primary contact for tenants and the local community, ensuring that housing management runs smoothly and that the organisation’s values of sustainability and Welsh language support are upheld.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, representatives, and the local community.
  • Ensure effective housing management by preparing properties, securing rental revenue, and responding to anti‑social behaviour incidents.
  • Support the community’s health and wellbeing and contribute to sustainable community development.

Contract & Remuneration

  • Contract: Permanent (Full‑time).

  • Location: Penygroes – remote working allowed.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
  • Holiday: 30 days paid per year, plus bank holidays, and the period between Christmas and New Year.
  • Travel: Essential car user.
  • Pension: Participation in the Social Housing Pension Scheme (SHPS).
