Are you passionate about delivering excellent housing services and building strong, safe communities? At Moat, we're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Neighbourhood Services Manager to join our team and take ownership of a diverse housing portfolio.
In this role, you'll be the face of Moat in our communities - managing tenancies and leases, ensuring high standards in estate services, and responding swiftly to anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches. You'll work closely with residents, contractors, and managing agents to ensure our neighbourhoods are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
What you’ll be doing:
- Conducting regular estate inspections and monitoring cleaning and gardening contracts
- Managing tenancy and leasehold queries in line with service standards
- Ensuring managing agents deliver value-for-money services
- Taking prompt enforcement action on ASB and tenancy breaches
- Supporting new tenants and shared owners through sign-ups and onboarding
- Handling complaints and ensuring compliance with the Housing Ombudsman Code
- Fulfilling our safeguarding obligations, ensuring that vulnerable residents are signposted to key agencies and providing appropriate support in our capacity as landlord
What we’re looking for:
- Strong knowledge of tenancy and leasehold management
- Experience in handling ASB and community engagement
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills with an ability to manage a complex caseload whilst adhering to important deadlines
- A relevant housing qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
- A full UK driving licence and access to transport
Our Values:
- Own it: We take responsibility for our actions and decisions, ensuring that we deliver on our promises to our customers and communities.
- Better together: We believe in the power of collaboration. By working together with our colleagues, customers, and partners, we achieve greater outcomes and strengthen our communities.
- Lead by example: We strive to set high standards in everything we do. Our team members are role models who inspire others through their commitment to excellence and integrity.
- Be the change: We embrace innovation and are proactive in addressing challenges. We encourage our team to think creatively and drive positive change within the organisation and beyond.

We offer competitive salaries, generous time off, and many chances to grow personally and professionally.
