Our Estate Teams are essential to delivering great homes to Guinness residents. They work hard to provide a high-quality estate service covering cleaning, gardening & grounds maintenance. We have a new opportunity for an Estate Assistant to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis, covering Crawley and the surrounding areas.
You will be responsible for delivering a high standard of grounds maintenance, gardening, and cleaning services, ensuring work is completed to agreed standards. This will include the cleaning of internal communal areas as well as maintaining external spaces to ensure they remain safe and well presented. As a representative of Guinness, you will work closely with residents, contractors, and colleagues. You will support the smooth running of our estates by providing access where required and reporting responsive repairs, fly-tipping, graffiti and any safeguarding concerns.
What we are looking for:
- Experience delivering grounds maintenance across a range of sites and garden environments
- Knowledge and experience of lawn care, shrub maintenance, and plant care
- Evidence of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction
- Ability to undertake physical work in accordance with Health & Safety requirements
- Capability to work effectively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, including COSHH and the use of PPE
- A full UK driving licence
